Puebla 1500's
Puebla 1500's is a development of 3 residential plus houses located in San Pedro Garza García. This project is developed by Arada Projects. Our vision to create this brand identity for a real estate product is born from the vision of innovating and proposing differentiated value within the real estate sector; as part of the Proptech sector.
The Bauhaus identity is based on this iconic German school. Our research was inspired by the value of simplicity and the obvious geometric and timeless architectural and industrial development trend.
The secondary logo is made up of the geometric figures that, being together, write the word populate.
