Fortex Insurance

Fortex is an insurance agent firm with the focus of innovating the experience in the national insurance sector, through the implementation of technology and service design.

The user-centered innovation study led us to study the different current profiles of customers, users and consumers. Through an ethnographic research process, we observe behaviors, we interview users in order to detect needs and motivators for purchase as well as aspirations and desires on the part of Fortex and the insurers.

The secondary source research allowed us to visualize the future of the insurance industry (Insurtech) to conceptualize innovation strategies in the business model for the near and medium future.

Through a strategic research process based on "Design Thinking" we collected information that allowed us to re-design the brand with a clear vision of the messages and the strategy to penetrate the market. The brand will continue its efforts in modeling products and services based on technology and industry 4.0.

With a different behavior for each product that the consultancy offers. Highlighting visual attributes that are congruent with the values.
